Avatar Dash – Run, Avatar, run!

Would you like to play a game?!? You would?  On your Xbox 360?  Really?  What kind of game would you like, I know… a platformer (more or less), where you run and… umm run… and run and run and run and run and run and run and run and run and run and run and run and run…  I know, I know, Canabalt – except that’s only for flash.  Wouldn’t it be great to play Canabalt on the Xbox?  Well now you can… er… sort of… with Avatar Dash – ok ok, I know it’s not the same game… or is it?  Check out this refreshing video and tell me what you think.

Carcophony or “Sim-Traffic Light”, you decide!

In the world of sims there has been one oft neglected subject to build a sim game on.  Not Sim-Laundry, or Sim-Moonwalk, or Sim-Pencil Sharpener.  It’s traffic lights!  That’s right, if ever a subject needed a simulation it would be traffic lights!  So now we have our next banner drawing entrant glpeas with Carcophony!  Now you too can be your own traffic-light tycoon.  Guide cars to their destinations with traffic lights.  Would you like to learn more?  Then read on after the video!

PREVIEW: Kaotik Puzzle

Kaotik Puzzle by, I’m not actually sure,  looks like a neat little puzzle matcher for Xbox Live Indie Games is due to come out soon.  I admit this is a little shorter than usual, and I’m sure the author would have provided screen shots except I was supposed to put this up today.  Since it is a preview  I think it’s ok to just show a video of it.  The developer uses the name Silvermax1975 on twitter, and has a facebook page for the game.  There’s supposed to be a lot of variations for the game, but you can see all of that from the trailer.  Apologies to the developer and readers for not doing a more proper preview.  I may get to review it in the near future though.
